Each capsule contains:

• Quercetin Di hydrate - 175mg
• Vitamin C - 105mg
• Bromelain - 52mg
• Zinc Citrate - 7.5mg
• Sunflower Lecithin - 35mg
• Vitamin E - 3.5mg
