Directions for Use
Mix 1 scoop (30g) in 300-400ml of water, shake or stir until powder is dissolved and consume. Can be used in the morning or evening.
Not suitable for children under 15 years or pregnant women. Not suitable as a sole source of nutrition and should be consumed in conjunction with a nutritious diet.
